 * Would love to be able to set parameters for ical and rss feeds, such as location,
   category, private, etc. To generate url like events.ics?location=1

 * I’m afraid that this can’t be done at the moment due to long list of new features
   however maybe you can do this using template file at wp-content/plugins/events-
   manager/templates/templates/ical.php
 * e.g. add `'location'=>$_REQUEST['location']` in the parameter array
