# iCloud blocking WordPress

 * I lost my password and can’t get into my original WordPress.org account.
 * The reset email is not getting to my iCloud account associated with the WP account.
   I’ve read numerous blogs complaining that apple rejects WP.org emails. Any suggestions
   on how I can regain access?

 * This is not relevant to my issue. I can get to my sites NO PROBLEM.
 * Its the FORUM I can’t access. I need a forum admin to help me recover my forum
   account, not my sites. The forum password reset email will not come to my [@me](https://wordpress.org/support/users/me/)
   address.

 * just re-read. Correct, a different account, [redacted], I can not access the 
   forums anymore from that account. Thats the account that iCloud won’t send a 
   reset email too. I created a new WP.org account (here, [redacted]) to contact
   you.

 * If iCloud is blocking our emails, there’s not much we can do about that. However,
   I’ve had people using iCloud say that they found the reset emails in their spam
   folder or similar in the past. I don’t use iCloud myself, and cannot be more 
   specific than that.
 * When you attempt to reset your password on these forums, there is an email address
   listed which you can contact for assistance as well. If you send your email address
   and account information, along with a different email account to use (like gmail
   or hotmail or whatever), then we can change your email address in the system 
   to a different one.
 * Ultimately, if you cannot receive email from the forums, then you have to use
   a different email address which can receive the emails.

 * Thanks, already checked spam.
 * Nope, no such contact email on WP.org. Wish! It does refer to where I would locate
   it on the forum, but I search for it yet it doesn’t exist (only reseting WP Admin
   comes up). Below is the only message I receive:

 * If you don’t get anything within a few minutes, or your email has changed, you
   may want to get in touch with us – forum-password-resets (at) this domain.

   about problems.
