Icon Issue with 3.6.1

Hi,

Using WPtouch 3.6.1 with WP 4.0.1 and I’m not seeing the trash icon on the menus > menu setup page where it allows users to change the icons that are displayed. I also cannot make any changes to the icons by dragging them from the selection on the right and when I use the next tab over (icon upload and sets) nothing happens when I click the upload icon option (not sure how to load one in). I found some older instances of issues where users created a directory via FTP but none of that worked or made the plugin see a sample icon I created when loaded for testing. Anyone else seeing this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?
