I tried using the Icon List block on a page & checked whether it inherits font typography from the theme & it does inherit.
Can you please help me replicate the issue you are facing by describing it more?

I reverted to 1.25.6 for the few blocks I use, as other people have obviously done. I will see later if the new versions solve this problem.
