I see in elementor_icons_files/merged-icons-font.css it includes the fonts with the old http URL. when i change it manually it works. however, if i upload other icons or press regenerate css, it switches back to the old URL. I tried searching the DB and Filesystem for the string. How or where do i change this? i just want to switch to https..

    thank you

    Hey @ruven

Send me an email at [email protected] and I will email you the newest version to test, I believe it will fix this issue.

Same goes here! Actually, I manually edited the CSS file myself since I needed this to work correct now.

But you simply need to output the URL (for the fonts) as //www.example.com/blahblahfont rather than the way you were doing it with the specific ssl or non-ssl before. This makes it HTTPS and HTTP friendly and the proper element is tacked on!

Also I should note that when migrating the site it doesn’t work that well. Clearing the cache doesn’t regenerate the site. I was thinking you could even change the URL configuration to even less (not include the domain at all) so that it works irregardless of the actual domain it was migrated to

@shaneonabike You’re probably right. I had an absolute path in there due to an earlier functionality, but I’m pretty sure I can drop it now. Feel like testing it out?

tell me how to fix? everything is bad 🙁
    Who needs a temporary solution:
    /wp-content/uploads/elementor_icons_files/merged-icons-font.css
    change http from https.
I will update the plugin with a solution to this problem.

Newest version (0.2.1) should fix this problem.

EDIT : It worked after I went to Elementor dans just saved the page with a new icon.

    Hi.
Same issue for me. The icons don’t display in HTTPs, even with last version (0.2.1). What should I do ?

    Thanks.

    Hey @loomax

Glad you got it working. I’ll play around and see if I can replicate that behaviour myself.
