The icon font family is getting overwritten by some other plugin, To solve this kindly navigate to the below path and paste the below code.

Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Aditonal CSS

.fa .far, .fas {
font-family: “Font Awesome 5 Free” !important;
}
