 * I like the idea management of WordPress ([https://wordpress.org/ideas/](https://wordpress.org/ideas/)).
   Do you know how I can implement this plugin to my page? I have found many idea
   management plugins but not this “official” one.

 * The Ideas uses an old version of bbPress and that’s not a plugin (at that version).
   I think it’s all custom code that’s not released.

   do it on a test installation first.
