When you leave the default field mapping in place the plugin itself checks if the value for the identifier exists should be yes or no per product. Just make sure you use this mapping: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ucdgwxjspb0zfcw/identifier_exists.png?dl=0

Yes, so when you have a brand and/or GTIN/MPN filled in then the value of the identifier exists will be “yes”, which meets Google’s requirements. Please see: https://adtribes.io/i-need-help-with-my-gtins/
From what we can tell from the screenshot from your feed those do contain values?
Also, we always advise to use the XML format for your Google Shopping feed as that is way easier to read and less prone to errors.
