Title: idrive e2 Last modified: November 26, 2024 --- # idrive e2 * Resolved [davinchy](https://wordpress.org/support/users/davinchy/) * (@davinchy) * [1 year, 6 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/idrive-e2/) * Hi, I have done all the setup steps as recommended by iDrive to create the access key and storage bucket.The process seems to be successful and I receive a confirmation email at the end.The website I am trying to backup is about 13GB.However, in iDrive I only have about 190MB backed up in the bucket.The file that backs up the database is 0KB. It is empty.The file that backs up the wordpress uploads folder also appears to be 0KB in size. It is also empty.I have downloaded the backup files for plugins, others and themes and they seem to be fine. * I have changed the split size from 400MB to 100MB and to 50MB and I have never managed to get the backup to actually complete even though I always receive the confirmation email that the backup is complete. * If I back up to Google Drive there is no problem. They indicate a great many resumptions with the iDrive E2 backup.The Google backup only has 3, the iDrive E2 backup has 33. Hence there’s a big time difference.As a first step to eliminating so many resumptions could you please try the following for me?In Settings >> Expert settings >> Show expert settings >> Split archives every: enter 25MB.This should help overall performance and help maintain the connections which were dropped.
