 * Nice plugin endeed.
 * The width of my youtubes are 0% when viewed in IE8 – all other browsers renders
   very fine in width.
 * There is a well-know bug with IE8 not being able to understand img. width and
   height tags, but how can we fix this with ARVE? 🙂

 * Do you mean with “my Youtubes” the thumbnails? Or the embeds?
 * My plugins not creates any <img> tags so there are no height and width attributes
   IE8 can have bugs with.
 * Not sure what you mean, please give me a better description and a link where 
   I can check.
 * Maybe this has something to with the background-size polyfill I used for IE.
