 * Some URLs will load in FooBox and some will not. Here is a page that demonstrates
   links that work and don’t work: [https://sbox.marjesch.com/foobox-test/](https://sbox.marjesch.com/foobox-test/).
   This website is https, and per the documentation, all links are https. The only
   plugin installed on this site is FooBox Image Lightbox (Premium), so it’s not
   a plugin conflict. WordPress with Twenty Seventeen theme out of the box. Same
   results in Firefox and Chrome. Any ideas why some links will load as an iframe
   in Foobox and some will not?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fiframe-issue-7%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hi
 * Some website are configured so that they are not allowed to be opened within
   an Iframe. Unfortunately, this is done at the website host and is not something
   that FooBox can overcome.
 * You can check your chrome dev tools console and you will see a message similar
   to
 * `Refused to display 'https://wordpress.org/gutenberg/handbook/extensibility/theme-
   support/' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'`
 * More info on how this is set can be found here : [https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/X-Frame-Options](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/X-Frame-Options)
 * But there is nothing you can do unless you own the site you are opening in the
   iframe.

 * Bummer. Okay, that makes sense. Thank you for the feedback and helping me understand.
   Appreciate it.
