# Illegal string offset ‘default_currency_code’

 * I recently installed wp-invoice, when I try to add a payment,
    I select new invoice-
   > add payment / charge -> I enter an amount and some description, and I get this
   message: Could not save entry in invoice log.
 * The apache error log shows:
    PHP Warning: Illegal string offset ‘default_currency_code’
   in /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx.org/httpdocs/2/wp-content/plugins/wp-invoice/lib/class_functions.
   php on line 450, referer: [http://www.xxxxxx.org/2/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpi_page_manage_invoice](http://www.xxxxxx.org/2/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpi_page_manage_invoice)
 * So how can I add a new payment that’s independent of an invoice?
    PS: My default
   currency is set to TL.
