 * Howdy, some of our hosted sites are encountering an error. They’re all fully 
   up to date, and the underlying platform is PHP 7.0.11 / PHP 2.4
 * bitly.php is throwing the below error – regardless of Bitly being enabled

 * We are tracking this issue now via [Github](https://github.com/warfare-plugins/social-warfare/issues/285)
   if you’d like to follow there. Our lead developer worked on this earlier today
   and we haven’t identified the cause yet, though we are definitely looking into
   it as quickly as we can.
