# I’m having multiple failed orders

 * I just launched this site and have noticed an alarming number of failed orders.
   I did some testing and attempted to run every scenario I could think of to narrow
   down exactly where the problems are. I have confirmed 3 problems with this plugin
   that I need to solve.
    1. Saved cards are failing to verify the CVV every time. Even when the details 
       have been confirmed correct. I added multiple cards, deleted, added again and
       they all fail.
    2. The card data fields should not be editable until the new payment method radial
       is selected. I’m having users try adding a new card after their saved cards 
       fail, but don’t realize they need to change the radial button selection since
       the fields are editable.
    3. The expiration date formatting should be enforced so entering it incorrectly
       is immediately highlighted for correction. I have had several users give up 
       on their transaction because they didn’t get the full year on the date written
       out.
 * I’m running WordPress 6.7.1 with Astra PRO and everything is up to date and working
   properly.
