I have managed WP, with the Beaver Builder lite version available. But it never worked, the page builder tabs aren’t visible, only launch Beaver Builder, or use blocks. So I upgraded and that BB version doesn’t have the page builder tabs, my managed WP still only has the launch BB button, that leads you right back to the BB upsell page.
I’ve complained, tried to get support, but I hear it’s Go Daddy, Go Daddy is saying no it BB issue. WP told me that it’s BB they don’t have anything to do with plug in. Frankly, I’m unimpressed with the support or product. Until I see support my rating will stay low. there are other drag and drop plug ins that would provide the same drag and drop as BB, and maybe provide better support. Hell, I’ve received emails from BB saying they could log in, what’s the problem, yet when I go to log in, the very same issues exist. Essentially in the nut shell, I’ve paid for a service that I’ve never received, I’ve asked for support, I’ve received nothing of substance, just emails saying we don’t see anything wrong.
