image add button not working

    I just installed WP 3.0.1. When I’m adding a new post I try to use the “add an image” button, the pop up window comes up – but completely empty. How do I fix this? All the upload buttons do this as well.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

    – increasing the available memory?

    Try to Right Click the ADD THE IMAGE link and choose open it in new window.

    That shouldn’t be necessary. If the popups aren’t working correctly, there’s a good chance that it’s a symptom of a more serious problem.

    thanks – uploaded wordpress again. fixed it.
