2. If you want to change BG colors you must also go to a customizer:
– Header: Customizing > Header settings > Type, variant, background and look for the “Background color”
– Footer: Customizing > General settings > Footer and look for the “Background color”

This image is set in: Appearance → Customize → Page Settings → Single page – title bar → Background image
If it isn’t present there, add your own image and remove it later.
