 * Hi,
 * I was running through a test with adding/uploading an image to a review. First
   I noticed the image was confined to set dimensions by the plugin which is great!
   I see that the image is stored in media as it should. However, when I try and
   edit the image dimensions within the edit image function within media, it will
   not reflect the new size in the review of the product. Media renames this image
   and stores the original in case you would ever need to restore to original size.
   I tried to delete the review image in media, but it didn’t delete the review
   image? I cleared cache with same result. I went in to uploads via ftp and deleted
   the image. I refreshed the product page and the image still exists. The only
   way to delete the image is to delete the entire comment.
 * Where do you store the upload images for customer reviews?
 * Suggestion:
 * – Allow us to specify display dimensions and stored media dimensions. This will
   help when people try to upload a high res large iphone image, etc.
 * – Allow us to specify set amount of uploads.
 * Kind Regards

 * Thanks for thoroughly testing the plugin! This helps a lot in development.

 * I think that if you clear cache after deleting image from FTP, it will stop being
   show on the product page.
 * > The only way to delete the image is to delete the entire comment.
 * Yes, it the preferred way to do this right now.
 * > Where do you store the upload images for customer reviews?
 * In the standard WordPress ‘uploads’ folder.
 * > – Allow us to specify display dimensions and stored media dimensions. This

 * I can add an option to customize the maximum size of uploaded picture. Will it
   be sufficient? Also, I think we shouldn’t put too many restrictions on parameters
   of uploaded pictures because customers will simply give up if they need to additionally
   edit picture before upload.
 * > – Allow us to specify set amount of uploads.
 * It is possible to add this feature. Is the current limit of 3 pictures too low
   or too high for you?

 * Thanks for the quick reply:
 * > -I think that if you clear cache after deleting image from FTP, it will stop

 * I have tested further and the only way to delete the attached image is by deleting
   the entire review. The edit image function within media tab should allow the
   new dimensions set to take effect with your plugin. Currently the two are not
   communicating past the storage point. Deleting via ftp has no effect, nor does
   deleting from media – only via comment.
 * Side Note: I use plugin organizer to only allow plugins to run where needed.
   I have to allow your plugin full access to be able to upload images via review
   on my site. If I turn off upload of images via your plugin, then the reviews
   work fine granting only product page & admin access. Not sure where else your
   plugin needs access for image uploads. I also disabled the organizer entirely
   to test the image upload function mentioned above with same results.
 * I do like how the image opens in my specified lightbox (foobox)or any lightbox.
   This is very handy!

 * Yes, this would be good.
 * > -It is possible to add this feature. Is the current limit of 3 pictures too
   > low or too high for you?
 * Current picture upload quantity is fine at 3, but might be helpful to have a
   switcher in admin to control 1,2,3, without editing code. I myself prefer 1 only,
   but no big deal.
 * I guess the goal here for me is to manually edit uploaded images via media function.
   This way I can keep in check larger images that can be reduced in size. This
   way I could even compress them via 3rd party and put them back if need be. Just
   need the plugin and media edit to work together.
 * – My primary need is also the “load more” function after a certain set of nested
   reviews such as, 5 or however many. Customers that choose to manually add a comment
   via my site probably will lose interest if they need to scroll through 20 reviews
   to leave one. Page would load faster too.
 * – The ability to add an image on your review form would be excellent!
 * I have to say, this is the cleanest review plugin that I’ve used to date. I’ve
   used many. I like the familiar “Amz” look, style and simplicity.
 * Thanks,
 * Stu

 * Thanks for providing additional comments.
 * 1. I will check if it possible to make pictures attached to reviews updatable
   via Media Library.
 * 2. Options to customize maximum size of uploaded picture and maximum quantity
   of files will be added in next versions.
 * 3. “Load more” button – I think that it is not necessary to scroll through pages
   of reviews to leave one. The review form is always shown on the first page. So,
   I don’t really see a very strong demand for this feature.
 * 4. Upload of images on aggregated review forms will be added in one of the next
   versions.

 * I’ve seen a few review plugins that allow you to leave the review at the top
   of the review list vs leaving it at the bottom of the list but…
 * You wouldn’t need pagination for ajax powered queries as the “load more” would
   cascade down without need for a new url. You could set the nested reviews before“
   load more” to set number such as 5 or 10. Everything would stay on the same page.
   In this fashion you could just leave the review box at the bottom of the page
   by default.
 * – Might be cool to also allow people to report inappropriate reviews. Just a
   thought.
 * Thanks

 * Options to customize maximum size of uploaded picture and maximum quantity of
   files have been added in version 3.19. Please update the plugin and let me know
   in case of any issues.

 * Nice! Yes, this seems to work well. However, the delete/edit image via media
   still a no go.
 * Thanks, the improvement. It’s useful.

 * Great! Integration with Media Library is still work in progress.

 * The possibility to use Media Library for editing/deleting pictures attached to
   reviews was added in version 3.20. This feature will only work with new reviews(
   submitted after update). Please update and let me know if there are any problems.
 * I think that I won’t be adding “Load more” button at this moment because it might
   have a negative impact on SEO. Search engines love unique content (such as authentic
   reviews of your customers) and with ajax we will essentially hide the reviews
   from indexing. Many users of the plugin might not appreciate such a modification.

 * Brilliant! Works like a charm. Edit and delete images via Media Library! Thank
   You
 * No big deal about the infinite load more feature. Valid reasons for sure.
 * Thank you kindly for your efforts.
