Image bugs and grid problems

I am trying to use the Gallery/Content-Popup feature (I have paid for the upgrade). I am having 2 problems:
1) In the image box, the top half is blank white, the bottom half shows only the top portion of the picture. You can view the problem here:

Open either the Florida or South Carolina accordion to see issue. If you refresh the page, the photo shows correctly, but when you move to another accordion, the pic is messed up again as described above.

2) The images are stacking one on top of the other, instead of laying out in a grid (preferably 3-4 images across) how do I fix this?

Please help ASAP as I am on a deadline!!!
