# Image button upload doesn’t work

 * I have been “trying before buying” this plugin which I want to use for a series
   of pro bono auctions but I’ve found a huge deal breaker:
 * On Add/Edit Auction:
 * Auction Details > Select an Image > Upload button = does nothing
 * Optional Settings > Extra Image > Upload button = does nothing either
 * Have tried switching browsers (Chrome, Safari on OS X) – nothing changes.
 * Have tried installing it on my localhost (MAMP) copy – same issue.
 * I am attaching a screencap of Chrome’s javascript console output, if it helps.
 * Hope I can get some feedback on this particular issue since we are kind of pressed
   to find something that works for us. Thanks.

 * Hi there,
 * I’ve tested the button on our test rigs and can confirm it should still be working
   as designed.
 * It could be a conflict with another theme or plugin running on your site, so 
   would suggest turning off all other plugins and switching to a default theme 
   just to confirm the button works (because if it doesn’t you may have a corrupt
   file that can be fixed by reinstalling the plugin).
 * Could you try this in the first instance?

 * Having the same problem. Was there ever a resolution? Is it a particular add-
   in causing the conflict?
