# Image display problems

 * Images on my website are displayed as clickable thumbnails on a page with background
   information about the subject. Clicking on then loads the image into an overlay
   and enlarges them.
    Recently this has stopped happening and all that happens 
   is that the picture is displayed on a separate page without the information.

 * I’m using Fancybox but this isn’t causing problems on my other site and I have
   tried de-activating it and using other similar plugins. Likewise I de-activated
   all the other plugins and tried again but to no avail.
    I have deleted the images
   from the gallery and re-installed them but it was no good. I’ve also restored
   my database to an earlier version.

 * I noticed that the images on that page are just inserted into the content, they’re
   not a gallery. Fancybox may be looking for a gallery?
 * Could you provide a link to a page on your other site where it is working as 
   expected, for comparison?

 * doubleedesign, thanks for the reply. My error saying that it was a gallery. The
   images are, of course, on individual pages. One of the other URLs is

 * I’ve got it sorted now. It took all weekend and many, many beers but it’s done.
   Somehow the “Link to” option on the photo upload page got changed from “media
   file”.
 * I can only assume it happened on a software upgrade because I certainly didn’t
   do it.
