# {IMAGE} doesn’t work

 * Hello! When I try to add the {IMAGE} tag, it is not sent in the body of the email.
   I have an option set to Receive email as: HTML – Complete. Why can’t I see the
   image in the email?

 * I received your email but couldn’t see what’s the problem. Do the following –
 * 1. Deactivate all your plugins except subscribe2 then perform the same tasks 
   see if it solves the issue
    2. Deactivate and then reactivate Subscribe2 plugin.
   3. Change your theme to a WordPress default theme like – 2020 and then reactivate
   your current theme.
