 * Let me start by saying I am a web developer who built 10s of websites thanks 
   to WordPress; saying that it seems that I’m searching for a plugin that no one
   thought of or I am searching in the wrong place; I need an image editor plugin
   that can rotate images by dragging (not a carousel, rotating images in the backend
   to publish them) or by a specific amount of angles not only 90 degrees? Any help
   please
