Image galleries for easy access and multiple users?

    I’m building a new wp website for a scuba diving teacher. We want students/new people to come to the site for information, but also to be able to upload and share videos and photos from trips. Very easy access and operations, style is secondary. Can anyone suggest the best plugin and /or theme? Thank you!
