Image Gallery Missing

    Hi, I am taking over a site on behalf of a client. He has explained the that gallery side bar has recently disappeared from the WP back-end in “edit property”. He used to access it directly underneath “featured image” and now it has disappeared What would you advise ? thanks/ A

    Hello.

    As I understand you are talking about Slideshow functionality. Be sure it enabled in Settings/Premium Features tab and check that is installed on that site.

    Also try to disable all plugins one by one to be sure that the issue is not related to any of them.
