 * Hi, I am taking over a site on behalf of a client. He has explained the that 
   gallery side bar has recently disappeared from the WP back-end in “edit property”.
   He used to access it directly underneath “featured image” and now it has disappeared
   What would you advise ? thanks/ A

 * Hello.
 * As I understand you are talking about Slideshow functionality. Be sure it enabled
   in Settings/Premium Features tab and check that is installed on that site.
 * Also try to disable all plugins one by one to be sure that the issue is not related
   to any of them.
