# Image hover effect

 * The page has a row of four thumbnail images. I like to add an image hover effect
   to the thumbnails. So that when hovering on the thumbnail an larger preview of
   the image displays.
 * I have this working on a static website. However, when I enqueue the script add
   the necessary files and html markup to the page the hover effect does not work.
 * Inspecting the webpage revelas the scripts and dependencies are loading on the
   footer.
 * Any ideas how to get this hover effect working?

   any relevant errors in the developer console?

 * You can confirm the tooltip scripts are loading if you inspect the footer with
   the chrome dev tools. Some how the tool tip image over effects is not working
   in the wp site. Working in the static site.

 * Look at your developer console, your javascript is throwing fatal errors. Try
   fixing those and see if it works.
