Unfortunately, when importing listing images it’s either all images in the ZIP file or none. If you’re importing the listings back into the same site, then you likely don’t need to import the images as well.
Could you tell me a bit more as to what you mean by you “need only new images”? Where are those images coming from?

Look, the situation…
We parsed some data and grouped it in CSV-file. For example, we parsed listings of several categories of goods(like milk, bread, fruits and etc.). We attached ZIP-file with category images (20). Next, we imported the data, now we have approximately 5 listings of milk, 3 of bread, 10 of fruits and etc. We used only 5 images from 20 (1 for milk category, 1 for bread, 1 for fruits). So 5 images are already in Media Database. Then we parsed new data again and we need to import it. We attached the same ZIP-file with 20 images. We imported new listings with the same categories (milk, bread, fruits). Now we need a plugin not to duplicate the images but to choose from the existing ones in Media Database.
I believe, that now the situation is more clear.

Thanks for that information.
Unfortunately, it seems like this can only be achieved by manually choosing the images. Our importer can’t choose existing images from the media library as of now.
