# Image Insert Error

 * When I add an image to a post using the **Add an image** button – I usually fill
   in the **Title** and **Alternate text** with the same text.
 * Since the 2.9 upgrade – the **Alternate text** is not getting populated in the
   post and I have to edited the image and update **Edit Image Caption** field to
   populate the information.
