 * Hi [@snsdragon](https://wordpress.org/support/users/snsdragon/),
 * I checked your URL on the system but I can’t find any Jetpack legacy connection,
   unfortunately. Can you confirm that the URL of the site was this one when you
   had Jetpack connected?
 * Our CDN feature serves the images by caching them into our servers, though the
   caching time is temporary and doesn’t last that long to allow us/you to retrieve
   the images you lost.
 * Do you also recall if you have a VaultPress or a Jetpack Backup plan active?
   This is the only way we have few chances to retrieve a backup.

 * I can confirm, it was [https://sarewaale.com](https://sarewaale.com) and I can
   confirm, jetpack plugin was active . But I didn’t had any backup plans.

 * Hey [@snsdragon](https://wordpress.org/support/users/snsdragon/),
 * Even though you had a working Jetpack connection, we have no ways to retrieve
   your site if you didn’t have a backup plan/feature enabled.
 * The Free Jetpack plan doesn’t have any features for keeping copies of your site.
 * I am so sorry to bring bad news! I’d suggest trying to ask again your old hosting
   provider in case they can fish out something useful for you. Other than that,
   we can’t do much about it for you 🙁
