# Image Mode error: invalid Image Specified

 * I’m trying to use Image Mode in the plugin and have uploaded a JPG image that
   is about 500kb and 2000px in width. I’ve tried a couple of different JPGs and
   each time I try it, the Status area shows a message of ‘Invalid Image Specified’.
   On the page with the Map it says ‘Your image has not been processed, yet.’
 * I’ve put in the Google API Key and appear to have set things up correctly. Google
   Maps mode works great.
 * What could the problem be?

 * Hi there! This could be from being on a staging site, or otherwise not being 
   connected to the net (IE if you have a security plugin preventing the plugin 
   from communicating with our servers). You must be connected as the image is sent
   to us, rendered, then sent back to your local site.
 * Note that we also just released a new version that may address the issue, so 
   be sure to update. Thanks!
