    Hi,

After installing the free version and optimising into webp format I find that the main images on my product pages are all offset to the right, leaving little to see.

    Hi @vegancake,

    Thank you for your message.

Sorry, but that’s not possible. Your website uses the Jetpack plugin, so all images are loaded from the i0.wp.com CDN server. Our plugin has no effect on your images in this situation.

Thanks for clarifying that. The problem only occured in Firefox and not in Chrome. Disabled my Jetpack Boost plugin and all OK, Have reactivated it and relinked to the site and all seems to be working correctly again. Perhaps the two plugins didn’t get on together. All’s well that ends well.

Good luck with your plugin. (Might be worth including a line in your introduction or FAQ for Jetpack users.

    I’m glad I could help you, @vegancake!

In the FAQ we have information about the CDN server:

The website files (WordPress files) and the images from the Media Library must be on the same server. If they are, everything should work fine.

If only your images are on another CDN server, unfortunately correct operation is impossible, because such images are managed by another server.
