    Hi Guys,

I have got litespeed cache setup perfectly for my site currently, I just have 1 issue with the image optimisation not being able to pull through images.

I had one image optimised yesterday and then I’d requested another and it would get stuck and I have not had any success in pulling any more images.

I looked through the forum yesterday for similar problems and I deleted all optimisation data and refreshed everything and had another attempt.

I have since been unable to pull any images so the issue continues to exist. I have waited 24 hours to see if anything changed but to no avail.

I am at the point where I could use some guidance from the dev team.

    Report number: FPUDERTL

    Thanks.

  • The notify endpoint (/wp-json/litespeed/v1/notify_img) is giving a 404 not found page.

This usually happens if the backend IP changes or is configured incorrectly on my.quic.cloud.

Another reason can be that it’s being blocked/intercepted by some kind of application firewall either on the hosting providers systems or the site itself.

If you do not have a my.quic.cloud user, you can try doing a domain key refresh in WordPress -> LiteSpeed Cache -> General, and click on “Refresh Domain Key”.

    Hi Lucas,

Seems to have solved the problem.

    Thanks!
