# image optimisation stuck

 * Image optimisation process is stuck.
    We have whitelisted the IP addresses on
   cloudflare firewall level as well to allow traffic.
 * error when we click on Clean up unfinished data are as below:
    IAPI Error cURL
   error 52: Empty reply from server cURL error 52: Empty reply from server
 * Report number: FPBEGJCS

 * There was an issue with one of our image servers.
 * Could you please try reset IAPI key and then clean up unfinished data and try
   again ?

 * Is that latest generated report ?
 * Because I don’t see any image optimization related information
 * Could you please try reset IAPI key and then clean up unfinished data , then 
   re-generate the report number again ?

 * I am seeing an image optimization error.
 * Please clean up unfinished data and try again
 * If you have some kind of protective plugins for spam check or something like 
   that , please make sure image server [IPs](http://wp.api.litespeedtech.com/ips)
   are whitelisted.
