# Image optimization dont work

 * Hello, I have a problem with image optimization.
 * When I click to Send optimization Request button, I see
 * `Images requested: 1 group (8 images)`

 * I found a similar problem in the discussions, where updating the server IP address
   at [https://my.quic.cloud/](https://my.quic.cloud/) helped
   I changed the IP address
   according to the current one, but I still can’t replace the png images on the
   webp.
 * I’ve done everything I can but it still doesn’t work. Could you please help me?
