    Hi. This bug started happening yesterday. On my wordpress’s “LiteSpeed Cache Image Optimization”, I send images for Image Optimization like usual. However, it never finishes and the images remain in “Clean Up Unfinished Data: # images.”

    I checked the myquiccloud page and it shows that the images were actually optimized and completed. However, it remains in the “Clean up Unfinished Data”. If I clean it up, I have to optimize the images again. I do it again, and the myquiccloud shows that it optimized it again, but it still remains in the “Clean up Unfinished Data.”

    It never did this before. Is this a bug and how do I fix this?

    sounds like misconfiguration somewhere

    please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    is the origin server IP of your site?

    Yes, that is my Website IP address.

    from what I see , there is nothing wrong , but our image servers are under heavy load and have queued backlog during weekend

    I can see the queue is being processed, at current rate it should finish up in few hours, please try again by then.
