The issue with Smush plugin is that it didn’t optimize all product images. If you check the image URL that is shown in the report the path to the image goes to your uploads folder but after that it points to alicdn which suggests that the images are not loaded from your server directly but are somehow still registered in your DB as being on your site. * From what I see Alidropship is a premium plugin so I would suggest checking this with their devs and see how the images are being loaded and from where.
