 * Hello,
 * I seem unable to use “Send Optimization Request.” I’ve tried to reset the IAPI
   key, but even choosing that sometimes results in an error message.
 * Just sending you the report generated this error: IAPI Error “hash does not match:
   ClientCB[wrong passive callback] Server[lSY4rehzpYmGrhlj]”

 * My site has a horrid Google optimization score for desktop (23) but great score
   on mobile (83). Google recommends that I optimize my images, and I’d love to 
   be able to do that. Thanks!
