# Image Problem Focus Session

 * I can’t seem to add images to the image section on the Zerif Pro focus widget
   section, i’ve searched all over the forum , did what was written which was basicly
   resizing to 67×63 . i’ve tried all sizes , 70×70 65×65 , 67×63 , 50×50 with several
   images and I just cannot Load them 🙁 please help me ASAP .
 * Super satisfied with everything Zerif Pro has to offer , but this has been a 
   bummer to me 🙁 thx for the attention !

 * Hello,
 * Generally this issue occurs due to any plugin. So please deactivate all plugin
   and check if it resolves your issue
    And then activate plugin one by one to find
   problematic plugin. Then replace it with any alternate plugin.
 * Also make sure you are using latest version of theme.
 * This will solve your issue.
