 * Hello,
 * I’m using the plugin on this site, but there is a problem. I guess since the
   last update.
 * Please have a look at this productpage:
    [https://www.peetjesfavorieten.nl/product/loud-proud-rompertje-dolphin-2/](https://www.peetjesfavorieten.nl/product/loud-proud-rompertje-dolphin-2/)
 * You can’t see the entire image and after scrolling you’ll see a little piece
   of the left image on the screen. (You’ll see what I mean). This plugin worked
   fine until recently.
 * Can you help mee?
 * Guido

 * Hello Guido,
 * I’m afraid I don’t see what you mean. Here is [a small screencast](https://www.dropbox.com/s/a6jqizkfzte722l/peetjesfavorieten.mp4?dl=0)
   I’ve made with your page. I’ve tried scrolling down, moving around, changing
   product’s the size. It’s all looking alright to me.
 * Let me know if I misunderstood something.

 * Hello Diane,
 * Everything looks fine in your screencast. Have a look at my [screencast](https://www.dropbox.com/s/qlte98629c0z9ny/PeetjesFavorieten_fout.mov?dl=0).

   I and the site owner are experiencing this problem. As wel in Safari as in Chrome.

 * My screencast was made in Chrome, so it doesn’t seem to be specific to the browser.
   It’s almost impossible to fix something that I cannot replicate, so we’ll have
   to find the conditions that create your problem.
 * Can you test again without being logged in? If you deactivate the zoom plugin
   for a moment is the gallery looking alright? Could you check how does it work
   on another computer that is not macOS?

 * Solved…
 * After clearing all the browsercaches it worked!
    I didn’t think of this at first
   because the problem was also at the site owners pc…
 * Thank you for your support!
 * Guido
