# Image sizes NextGEN Basic Slideshow

 * Hello, I’m trying to do a slideshow for my photography web page,
    When I choose
   the option NextGEN Basic Slideshow and then I go to “Customize the display settings”
   I can set the Maximum dimension of the image that here is already setted to 600
   ×400 I would like bigger images but when I set the new value for example 1600
   ×1071 and I save everything I go to View the page the slideshow is there and 
   it works but the image is still of the same size. What I have to do ? Thank you

   confirm that the images you’re uploading are at least as big as you’d like them
   to be displayed? i.e. your’e not uploading 600px wide images, and requesting 
   1600 be displayed.

 * I cannot seem to load pictures into my Gallery in the NextGen. It keeps saying
   after trying to load pictures;An unexpected error occurred. This is most likely
   due to a server misconfiguration. Check your PHP error log or ask your hosting
   provider for assistance. Help….

 * The problem seems now solved and it wasn’t in the plugin but properly in the 
   layout of the page …so modifying CSS with this code: .hentry {
    max-width: 1000px;}…
   it seems now to work correctly Thank u to everyone for the help.
