Image Sizing

On my website, I’m importing the media as square media, but when it goes into the main section it stretches the image to 329×300, then when I go into the page, the image is square again. How do I change the codex to make sure it doesn’t stretch the image on the main page? I haven’t figured out where to look in my coding.
