 * New install of worpress 4.1, we have uploaded a few images, the site owner who
   is an authorized user, started to uload a fairly large image and after a partial
   upload got an “aw snap” error message. I cannot get the error message out of 
   the way, cannot find the partial upload so I can delete it etc. Any suggestions.

 * Aw snap – Are you using Google Chrome ? That is what shows this message when 
   a website crashes.
 * Try deleting the browser cache and try again to see if it works fine.
 * If the image was not uploaded, you will not find it in the media library
