You can increase the maximum image size by going to Events->Settings and in the General tab select image sizes.
Thank you for your prompt response. Unfortunately I am not seeing an Image Size option under Events->Settings in the General tab.
Thank you. This is what I am seeing https://app.screencast.com/L2AIdQ0PPVuCR
The image size option is missing
What version of Events Manager do you have? I have version 6.4.4.
I have the latest version, 6.4.4.
Go to the Formatting tab and enable Advanced Mode and then click on Saved Changes button. After that you’ll see the Images Sizes in the General tab.
Advanced Mode was already active. I deactivated it – no Image Size. I activated Advanced Mode – still no Image Size.
I was mistaken. It has nothing to do with Advanced Mode. I disabled Advanced mode and I still see the Image Sizes under the General tab. I see you are also missing the Bookings tab. I would try switching to a default theme (.e.g. , Twenty Twenty-Three) and disabling all plugins other than Events Manager to see if you still see this problem.
I cloned my site to staging and deactivated all the plugin and changed the theme to Twenty Twenty Three. Unfortunately the Image Size tab is still not displaying
Try uninstalling Events Manager and then install it again. You should then see the Bookings tab and Image Sizes on the General tab.
Sorry, I should have mentioned I uninstalled and reinstalled Events Manager.
The plugin in installed on a multi-site and I tried to activate the plugin on various sites with the same result. Network activating the plugin did not work either.
Is there any way to bypass the image restrictions using code?
Update: I installed the plugin on a separate WP site and the Image Size Tab is also missing

Here’s the documentation on Multi-Site installations of Events Manager: https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/multisite/
I guess the image size restrictions can only be changed on the root domain.
