# Image upload error & post save draft 404 error

 * I have been having a couple of trouble. currently on version 4.4 (problem happens
   from version 4.3.1)
 * 1. when saving draft or publishing post, it return a error 404
 * 2. when uploading images (less than 1MB, typical 1024×768 px) it return with 
   a error uploading, please try again later.
 * so far I have tried, disabling all plugins, using a default theme, reinstall 
   wordpress. and I am still struggling with most of the solution I found searching
   online.
 * any help would be much appreciated.

 * Have you tried re-uploading all files & folders – **except** the wp-content folder
   and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a **fresh** download of WordPress?
   Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the
   new ones.

 * Hi many thanks,
 * I have just manage to tried uploading a fresh download copy of WordPress 4.4 
   and upload as instructed. sadly doesn’t solve the problem ….

 * After speaking to my hosting company, the reason is caused by Mod_security rule.
 * switching it off via cPanel resolved the problem !!
