# Image Upload Problem

 * I have been uploading images without a problem to date. All of a sudden i have
   this one particular image that appears to upload but there is no thumbnail and
   I am unable to add the image to my page.
    A previous version of the same image
   uploads to my page without a problem and the thumbnail for that image appears
   in my media page without a problem. The problem started when I made a new version
   of the image changing the color of some font and re-sizing the title font. The
   new version is the one I am trying to use on my page.
 * I have read some info and tried to resolve the problem – no luck to date. Mind
   you, some of the troubleshooting info is beyond my comprehension as it assumes
   one is a technical genius which I am not!

 * I’ve seen this resolved in other threads by simply creating another new version
   of the image in your graphics software and trying again. Sometimes there’s a 
   hiccup in some aspect of the image creation or saving. Since it’s just one image,
   it makes sense that it may be true here.

 * thanks Bill. I’ve tried that plus saving it as a jpeg, gif and png. No luck so
   far.

 * I take my words back Bill. I had tried that in the same ppt file. This time I
   created a new ppt file altogether and Bingo, that worked! Thanks for your help.
