# Image upload problems

 * I have WordPress 3.5.2 installed on a Dell Latitude E6520 laptop with Win 7 Pro
   SP 1 64 bit, i5 processor and 8 GB RAM.
 * My website is [http://www.zsoundz.net](http://www.zsoundz.net)
 * I initially tried to upload a custom header, and then a custom background, and
   finally a jpg photo, and I kept getting an error message. After a lot of searching,
   I found a solution to that.
 * So, the images upload, and I can see them in the Media Library, but not on the
   website. I tried the “attach” button in the Media Library, but that made no difference.
 * I searched this forum and tried the suggestions in several of the posts, all 
   without success.
 * There 2 images in the wp-content/uploads folder.
 * What do I need to do to get images to be displayed on the website?

 * Try clearing your browser cache. I see a blue background on your site.

 * But wait a second – if your site is on the internet, WordPress does not need 
   to be installed on your computer at all. Aren’t you working via a browser?
