# Image Uploads Fail

 * Hello,
 * I had a working site on MAMP, then moved it with BackupBuddy. Now, everything
   seems to work great, except when I try and add any images!
 * I’ve followed every tip I can find. I have disabled every plugin and switched
   to the default theme. The only error I get is very non-detailed.
 * It simply says: `An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.`
 * I cannot upload via the media-> add new (with all plugins disabled and the default
   theme) – this gives no error, but uploads the image quickly then stays “Crunching”
   indefinitely.
 * The website in question is affordableautosalesoregon.com
 * Is there any more information I can provide to get assistance?

 * Also, when I go to add a new user, the user name, name, email are all blank, 
   and the role is “None”.

 * Try checking the error logs on your server – this sounds like it may be a permissions
   issue writing to the server, or the database. These logs have to be accessed 
   through your host.
