Image with spot links plugin

Hi there,

Not sure this even is possible on a WP site 🙂
I need something where I can use one image and then hotspot areas of this that then link to pages of different sites.
So imagine an image with ref points on it, I need each of those points to be a link to something else, in short one image with hotspots that link to different URL’s.

This on a static site would be easy however only been using WP for a few months so please excuse my naivety if you all suggest things I am missing 🙂
