# Images just cropped in

 * Testing this out for a client with thousands of products.
 * I ran the resize (disabled upscaling, no compression)
 * I ran regenerate thumbs (Force Regenerate Thumbs)
 * Now my product images simply appear to be cropped in to make them all square/
   same size.
 * I want images to be “placed” on a canvas so they display whole even though the
   actual images are the same dimensions, not cropped.
 * Did I so something wrong?

   That’s exactly how
   the plugin works. To take a closer look, could you add at least one product to
   your shop ? The link you shared shows an empty store.
